Something Wrong with sprite

I was working on my Kratos sprite and for some reason when I opened it up this came out:

I think you messed up in the palette's of the spr. Maybe you want to add me to msn --> awhhwa2@hotmail.com, and maybe I can help you, if I still remember everything.

thanks and I know what I did wrong I just don't know how to fix it
like it was just after I got the background finished... I think I actually saved over another sprite by mistake 0.0... and the previous sprites palette copied over the original colors of the Kratos one

its still messed up but I can deal with it I have done up a few customs but i don't know what to do now... how to send them to nox (if he likes them...probably he won't cause my spriting skills are crap)

If I remember correctly all he needs is a .spr and .act

k then he could probably fix it up (unlike the mess I made of it x_X)
